    Hi,
    After saving of Start settings I noticed that all images disappear. I did the changes in Nginx and in .htaccess file and gave 777 permission. Can you help me.

    I noticed one thing: instead of try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php?q=$uri&$args; line, there is try_files $uri $uri/ =404; line.

    Hi, you are using Nginx server. So if it’s WP single site (not WPMU), then follow these steps:

    – in HMWP Start Tab, set ‘Medium Pripacy – More Compatibility’ settings scheme

    – in Start tab you should see Nginx Configuration button. If you don’t see this button, add &nginx_config=1 to HMWP settings page URL to see Nginx rewrite rules. For example:
    http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=hide_my_wp&nginx_config=1

    – now add HMWP rewrite rules to your Nginx configuration file. It’s usually located in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf or /etc/nginx/conf/nginx.conf or /etc/nginx/sites-available/domainname.com

    – restart nginx server

    Please let us know if it’s still the issue.

    So, i did everything step by step:

    1. I’ve chose ‘Medium Pripacy – More Compatibility’ settings scheme
    2. Saved Start settings
    3. Press Nginx configuration and window with code was appear (in attached)
    4. To change i’ve found in nginx/sites-available/default
    5. I put code before try_files $uri $uri/ =404;
    6. Restarted Nginx.

    But it still doesn’t work

    Can you please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details & FTP details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue further.

    Hi,
    if you red my previous letter :
    But i want to notice one thing: Only my IP has access, for other all IP is access deny.
    If you give me your IP I can put it in white list or you can do it by yourself.

    Hi,
    I’m trying to adjust your plugin from 15.02.2017, but all images still disappear.
    The same day, I opened a ticket and I have been getting just one message everyday. It is not good service, guys!!! Could you work more faster?
