Hi, can you please post here the error message that you are getting?
And can you please try disabling IDS option in IDS Firewall tab; and emptying out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks & URLs tab?

I logged into the backend in new browser (Opera this time) and I see that “Google drive client ID” field is being pre-filled with wp-admin username.
I tried entering above Google drive ID and secret key, but did not get any error. But when I re-load the page I still see “Webmaster” in client ID field.
Then I deactivated HMWP and repeated the above steps, and it’s exactly same behaviour whether HMWP is active or not.
Please check!May 17, 2017 at 3:21 am #16162
Ok. So shall we conclude this is an issue specific to Updraftplus and ther is nothing we should be looking for in HMWP? Please confirm also if all settings in HMWP have been put by you for highest security and there is nothing I should be right now looking for into HMWP and all set to go further. WIll chase up Updraftplus for resolution separately.May 17, 2017 at 6:28 am #16175
Yes, please try to catch up with updraftplus support team. I have applied all the required settings in HMWP in your website.May 23, 2017 at 8:02 am #16263
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class IDS_Converter in /home/kedianom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ose-firewall/classes/Library/fwscanner/Converter.php on line 78
I am not able to login to my admin panel. The error message above is popping up.
On disabling Hide My WP I am able to login using the plain vanilla login url.
Seems some settings have remained. You ahd asked me to remove two settings before you took over for stabilizing Updraftplus. Perhaps those need to be put back in.
Now I have found a developer who will developing the site quickly. Have renewed my support term with you on envato.
Please try to sort this out ASAP so that my developer paid time loss can be minimized.May 24, 2017 at 4:58 am #16270
It seems like ose-firewall plugin also uses IDS (intrusion detection system) that HMWP plugin uses and hence the conflict. So you can use only one of the plugins at a time. For now, I’ve renamed ose-firewall plugin folder in /wp-content/plugins/ directory.May 24, 2017 at 5:02 am #16272
Please give complete replies to reduce our communications.
a) Is my website now properly accessible after keeping HMWP active?
b) Are all necessary settings in HMWP working?
Please be aware Centrora Security plugin that is the OSE firewall as a feature in that was always working properly with the HMWP through so many months. Its not a new plugin we installed. Kindly do not rename it as it has anti virus and automatic backup also which will stop.
All we need to do is either keep your firewall active or the firewall of Centrora active. I will have the centrora support guy deactivate their firewall if required.
Kindly make clear comments regarding restoration of the two settings you had asked me to remove from HMWP for installing the Updraftplus. Have you restored them?
Else If I ahve to guess so many things and keep checking with support of two plugin providers I will trouble both of you. Hope you appreciate my need for clarity on each point is to minimize your work and therefore my and others work also. Waiting for clarity so as soon as it happens can stablize all things.May 24, 2017 at 5:05 am #16273May 24, 2017 at 5:10 am #16279This reply has been marked as private.May 26, 2017 at 2:27 pm #16313
