I had problems with email two days ago, so I made contact with the hosting and changed the system of sending PHP to SMTP. Okay, I installed a plugin recommended by the hosting and it worked, but the page forms (http://portaldasabedoria.com/contato/) gave an error. So I got in touch with the theme developer, he did some testing and pointed me to a script. I performed the following steps:

1-) I created a test form with the contact form.
2-) I disabled the plugins one by one.
3-) I discovered that the WP plugin “hide my WP” is causing a conflict.

It is disabled, the email is sent but there is no delivery confirmation.

I need help, it’s the third person I ask.

    I wait, thanks.

    Hi, please try these:

    – disable “Anti Spam” option in HMWP General settings tab
    – enter your name and email address in “Email sender name” and “Email sender address” fields in General settings tab
    – if still the issue then try disabling “IDS” option in IDS Firewall tab
