I uploaded custom fonts in my theme folder, then called them in the css file. I tried to put all types of URL as source URL for the fonts, for example:

    fonts/font.eot
    domain.com/wp-content/themes/mytheme/fonts/font.eot
domain.com/templates/mytheme/fonts/font.eot (templates is my theme folder renamed)

even uploaded the file in uploads/fonts and tried to use:

    domain.com/wp-content/uploads/fonts/font.eot
domain.com/files/fonts/font.eot (files is my custom uploads folder)

None of those works and I get 404 not found error.

    Please advise.

    Thanks.

Hi, there actually shouldn’t be the issue. Can you please let us know the exact path of your custom fonts?
Also, generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.

Can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further?

Please let me know how do you retrieve child theme folders/files? Let’s say /img/ folder in the child theme? How / What URL would pick the file please?
