    Good morning.

I’m getting a fatal error when trying to activate the plugin. I’ve tried several times both through wp-admin plugin installer and via FTP.

    This is the error message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Warning: require_once(load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /…/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hide_my_wp/hide-my-wp.php on line 97

My PHP Version is 7.1.18 (I upgraded it after the first time error) and memory_limit is 512M.

Do you know which can be the problem?

    Thank you very much.
    Kind regards.

Ok, I think it’s done. I just updated the plugin to the last version cause it was 5.5.2 and not 5.5.3. And now I could activate it.

It’s fixed. You were using the older version 5.5.3 of HMWP. I have updated it to 5.5.6 and it’s working fine now.
