    Hi, I can access your site’s backend now, and can see that you are using Jupiter theme. HMWP is incompatible with the latest version of Jupiter theme. It seems like this theme removes the buffer after it uses, which you should notify to the theme developer.

    You can apply for the refund from your Envato Panel. Thanks!

    Thats great thanks, i refund wont be needed.

    Il try and contact Jupiter Theme so it can be added in future.
