Hi, please get rid of this – https://www.screencast.com/t/q6CYl7VRYh

If still being detected then please try deactivating Jetpack plugin.

But I need the jetpack plugin. Is the plugin not compatible with Jetpack?

It is compatible but jetpack plugin uses some URLs that could make site being detected as wordpress site. I just wanted you to deactivate Jetpack plugin for a while and see if wordpress is detected or not when it is deactivated. After checking this you can re-activate the plugin.
    Let us know!

Btw, what exactly the meaning of this message below — when you make changes in HMWP.

What do you mean exactly with “re-configure the server” — when you make changes in HMWP.

“You may need to re-configure the server whenever you change settings or activate a new plugin.”

This message usually appears when the htaccess file is not writable or you are using manual configuration in HMWP settings. If so, then you’ll need to manually add HMWP rules in the htaccess file.

And regarding whatcms.org detecting wordpress, please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into it further.
