Can you please check your server’s error log and see the detailed error info regarding 500 internal server error?
May be you can also view the detailed error info by setting “WP_DEBUG” to “true” in wp-config.php

So, you’ll need to access the server error log to know the exact error. Server error log is available from your hosting control panel, or else you can ask your hosting provider.

Please click on “multisite configuration” button in HMWP so that error page is reached, and then only download the error log.
