Hi, wordfence scan doesn’t work on sites that installed your plugin. When I request a scan, it doesn’t run? Any idea why and how to fix this?

    Thanks.

    Hi, please try these:

    – disable “Anti Spam” option in HMWP General settings tab
    – disable “Directory List” option in General settings tab
    – disable “Hide PHP Files” option in General settings tab
    – empty out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks & URLs tab
    – if still the issue then try disabling “IDS” option in IDS Firewall tab

All looks good here. Can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further?

I tried deactivating HMWP plugin, but the scan is still not working. Please check.
To get previous HMWP settings back, activate the plugin, go to it’s settings page and click on “undo previous settings” button in start tab.

Yes, I noticed that too. I will reinstall the site and try again.
