    After I purchased the product and installed it, I had many problems so I decided to remove it. Even the custom admin name I gave didn’t work appropriately. Therfore if you don’t mind I’d like to have a refund.

    Everything is messed up. I spent hours on it but no solution…The old admin name comes in the url area again and again. I deactivated and erased the everything but no way.

    Hi, please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details and FTP details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue and fix it for you. And do you want to rename wp-admin path to “tuareg66” ?

    If we can’t make it work then you are eligible for the refund.
