Hello,

I’m trying to work with piwik, but it does not work. No visitors were counted. Can it has something to do with hmwp? Because of difficulties in the past while doing that I don’t want to reset or deactivated hmwp. I just cannot find a special reason or the source of this problem.

Hi, we haven’t yet tested HMWP with piwik. Please try these:

– disable “Anti Spam” option in HMWP General settings tab
– disable “Directory List” option in General settings tab
– disable “Hide PHP Files” option in General settings tab
– empty out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks & URLs tab

– if above doesn’t fix the issue then try disabling IDS option in IDS Firewall tab

Hi, I have disabled all these options but nothing changed. Maybe I have to search for another place as a reason of this problem…

Can you please try deactivating HMWP for some time and see if Piwik works?

If it works when HMWP is deactivated then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further.

Hi, sorry for the late reply – no time for wordpress. Surprisingly Piwik started to work. I’m not sure, if the counting is correct, but I think that is not a problem because of HMWP. I think everything is ok with Piwik and HMWP!
