Hello, I encounter the same problem: not showing order history. When the module is enabled, order history can not be accessed anymore. When I disable the module, order history can be accessed in the usual way.

When the module is enabled I receive the following error:
VM73:373 WARNING: Tried to load angular more than once.
v_82_50d5bdff21d31a46dafe9f929dab2d0b.js:4 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘Constructor’ of undefined

I was wondering if there is a way to avoid this issue. Maybe something can be added to the Ignore URL variables or something can be changed in the module configuration so that it would not interfere with order history any more?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
