    my entire website layout gets screwed once this is installed.

    Hi, if it’s Apache server then make sure that .htaccess file is writable. If it’s Nginx server then you’ll need to update Nginx config file manually. Please refer to the documentation available within the downloaded plugin folder.

    Also, generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.

    Hi, please follow these steps:

    – in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
    – in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings

    Note: The backend login URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234 (you can change secret code “hide_my_wp=1234” from general settings tab)

    If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue further.

    i deleted the plugin from my cpanel.

    Please can you refund for this plugin, its never worked and im not happy giving someone else my login info…

    Sorry for delay,

    It’s hard and sometime impossible to find the problem without access backend configuration. (e.g htaccess).

    Anyway, I added this today, which may be helpful.

    You can request refund from Envato panel.

    Funny that, i did the refund request through the envato panel, and once completed it says it will forward on my request….TO THE AUTHOR!

    Please refund the purchase, and not to the themeforest account, back to my card please.
