    Hello, I submitted a request a while ago for a refund for HideMyWp. There is nowhere for me to select this product for a refund anymore, there is no credit in my account balance and the product is still available in my account. I contacted the developer over a couple of weeks ago about this product. Hoping you can please refund and credit the balance back to my account.

    Hi, you can apply for refund from Envato panel, but you might need screenshot of discussion with our support team. What was the issue with HMWP plugin in your website? Did you contact our support regarding the issue?

    Hello Suman, I would love for it to work, dont really want to try anything else, but it breaks my site and when I run a test the theme is not detected, but wordpress still is, when you go to the source code, there is still signs of wordpress. I asked for a refund a few weeks ago, and from the Evanto panel and had an option to select hidemywp, now there is no option to select hidemywp, and its still available in my account as a download. How can I get the plugin to work properly? Would love to keep it if it worked for me.

    We could have helped you set up the plugin, but now it seems like your refund request is in process (we won’t know it exactly as it’s controlled by Envato). It could take some time. Please wait few more days.
