Hi there!
I followed all the instructions but the plugin doesn’t have much an effect on my theme and plugin. I can still see those if I inspect the code. And yes, I’m logged out completely. I’m using the 4.0 beta version. I’m testing on localhost, not sure if that’s the main reason.
Thanks!
Andrea

October 5, 2014 at 12:16 pm #1321mindplayPost count: 3Maybe nothing happens because I’m running Mark Jaquith’s WordPress Skeleton. If that’s the case it means the plugin runs only on plain vanilla WordPress installations. Any hint?
October 5, 2014 at 12:34 pm #1322mindplayPost count: 3Actually I can tell that the same configuration works on a normal WordPress installation (same plugins, theme and Hide My WP configuration). It doesn’t if you use a custom setup like WordPress Skeleton though. Is there any chance that you can confirm my finding and maybe fix it to make it work on custom installations?
October 6, 2014 at 4:06 pm #1323ePost count: 12I use Bedrock, which is similar to WP Skeleton, with no issues.
October 6, 2014 at 8:23 pm #1326mindplayPost count: 3Thank you for the suggestion 🙂 I’ll give it a try as it looks pretty robust. Did you try it with WP Skeleton as well? I’d like to make it work as well.
Thank you!October 6, 2014 at 8:38 pm #1327ePost count: 12Bedrock is based on WP Skeleton. If it works with bedrock, it’s likely to work with WP Skeleton as well, so you might be running into a configuration issue.
