    Hi, please follow these steps:

    – in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
    – in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings

Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writable. After applying above settings the backend login URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234 (you can change secret code “hide_my_wp=1234” from general settings tab)

Then you can use tools like wpthemedetector.com, whatwpthemeisthat.com, etc to check if wordpress is detected in your site or not.

    Dear Suman,
Looks like your plugin as malfunctioning. Its shows the output but affects my custom CSS. Also the settings are not saved too. Whenever I go to the setting panel, it shows the default settings.
Whatever changes in my css doesn’t reflect on my site.
I fixed the css issue but a day later, the bugs repeats again. My customers couldn’t place orders any more.

Hi, can you please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue further.

I have applied the settings as mentioned above and then I have to empty out “New style name” field under HMWP permalinks & urls tab. Please check now and let us know.

    Dear Suamn,
Doing the previous changes on March 3rd caused a big problem for my customers/non-admin users. After login they couldn’t able to access the site and the only page they able to see is 404 error no matter what they choose. Only admin user able to order through the site.
I had to deactivate your plugin and after that everything went fine.
Looking forward to hear from you.

Hi, setting the “trusted user roles” for customers/non-admins in HMWP general settings tab should resolve the issue.
