Urgent help needed – plugin locked me out of site

Hi

I had to disable my licence for your product because I was not able to login either via /wp-admin or the cpanel -> blog option after installation.

Please help me to get this product to work without it locking me out of my site.

Hi, can you please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details and FTP details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue and configure it in your website.

Hi, I’ve applied these settings and it seems to be working fine:

– in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings

Note: The backend login URL is http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234 (you can change secret code “hide_my_wp=1234” from general settings tab)

Please check and let us know.

Hi, we’ll look into making the anti-spam feature more robust in the upcoming versions. Meanwhile you may opt for antispam plugin like Akismet.
