    Further to our earlier conversation on email Suman, below are the latest follow-up:

    1/ Medium Privacy settings saved, ajax url emptied, IDS disabled
    2/ After saving the above, I was locked out of backend. I removed the “define line” on wp-config and I am now able to log right back **NOTE** I have not put back the “define” line back into wp-config <– please advise if I need to do this?

    I proceed to reopen the visual flat chat and tried to test the chat on another browser (cache cleared and not logged in). Chat was successfully initiated but again geolocalisation failed (please refer to the attached photos sent via email earlier today).

    Please advise next steps, thanks.

    Hi, can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further.
    Also, how can we regenerate the issue (geolocalisation calls from Visual Flat Chat) at our end? Which page can we check it?

    As the issue doesn’t seem to be related to HMWP Plugin, I’m marking this ticket as resolved. I think you should contact chat Plugin support. Let us know if there’s any issue with HMWP.
