    Hi support,

    I have struggling to fix the error your plugin has caused to my site since about a month now.The backend of my site is no longer accessible, I received error 500 when trying to log into the site.

    I have renamed and also removed the plugin via FTP, but still the error persists.

    Since I first purchased your plugin, I was never able to use it correctly without causing a damage to the site. Everytime I give it a try, it becomes a really disaster for me.

    Could you please help have this issue be fixed.

    Hi, can you please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details and FTP details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue further.

    I checked your site’s page source and it seems like HMWP is currently disabled. Also, I would need login credentials for wp-admin. The FTP details above is working fine.

    Once you have deactivated (also deleted the plugin folder) the plugin it should not cause any issue and site should work normally. The login URL http://decouverteguinee.com/wp-login.php?decouverte=guinee224 without HMWP doesn’t have any meaning, it simply means http://decouverteguinee.com/wp-login.php

    I enabled WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php, and see the following 2 issues/errors. Please check.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 370509 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/ns395956.ip-91-121-110.eu/decouverteguinee.com/wp-includes/Requests/Transport/cURL.php on line 413
