Hi there, I just realised that on the FTP server, the name of your plugin folder is named to “hide-my-wp-xx” and it failed to work when I renamed back to “hide-my-wp”. It was renamed previously to deactivate but it seems that the plugin works now only with the new name “hide-my-wp-xx” instead of the rightful pllugin name. I wish to rename it back so that the updates can actually work. Is there any setting I might have mis-configured? Please advise.

I renamed plugin folder back to “hide_my_wp” and then applied following settings:

    – in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
    – in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings

It seems to be working fine. Please check and let us know.
