    Hello. We purchased this plug-in by mistake. I hoped that he would suit us and I could figure it out. But without the skills of programming with him nothing to do. In addition, for this plugin you need to have either a dedicated server or vds. Our hosting is not suitable. I ask you to return the money. I buy a lot of plugins on the envata, since they really need me. I am not a rogue. I just need a simple product that I can understand. If the administrator of this product agrees to configure my plugin, I will gladly refuse the money. But I myself can not configure it.

    Hi, please post your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can configure it for you. You can make post private by enabling/checking “Set as private reply” option at the bottom of text box. Also, for HMWP plugin, you do not need to have a dedicated server.

    Hi, we”ll be installing HMWP plugin today, and we’ll not touch any other settings of your website except the HMWP plugin.
    Are you using Apache server or Nginx server? If Nginx server then we’ll need access to the server so that we can update Nginx config file with HMWP rules.
    The above FTP/SSH credentials isn’t working. Please check.

    Hi, your site is on Apache server it seems? I applied “medium privacy more compatibility” settings from HMWP start tab and it seems to be working fine. The default WordPress paths in your site’s page source is being replaced now, and wordpress and theme not detected with http://www.wpthemedetector.com

    Please check and let us know. I installed WP htaccess editor plugin to check .htaccess file content; you can delete this plugin.
