    Hello,

Before I installed HMWP, when a visitor suscribed to my newsletter, i was getting a notification by email.
    I don’t receive it anymore.
When I desactivate HMWP, everything turns good.
Could you help me fixing this ? I’ve already sent you yesterday the debug report in a precedent request by private message about caching problem.

    Have a good day,

    Alex

    Hi, please do these:

    – disable “Anti spam” option in General settings tab.
    – enter your valid name and email in “Email sender name” and “Email sender address” fields in General settings tab.

    Hi,

I’ve followed your instructions and that’s not totally good. In effect now I receive the Ninja notification.
But now subscribers don’t receive anymore their email confirmation for having subscribed to the newsletter. So they can’t confirm their subscription and I cannot have new subscribers.
What can I do to make everything walk?

Hi, most probably the IDS is blocking it. Can you please try disabling IDS option in IDS Firewall tab?

Hi, does step 4 use Ajax? If so try emptying out “Ajax url” field in Permalinks & URLs tab.
If still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into it further. Also let us know how can we check Ninjaform signup at our end.

Alright! You can now enable IDS (but leave Ajax Url field blank). If anything is blocked then try setting “Block Threshold” in IDS Firewall tab to 30. Let us know.
