Hi,
I would like to refer you an issue that I have on my WooCommerce shop https://www.2thelittlestore.com where I use your plugin hide my wp. Just to inform you that I’ve spent a lot of time to find what was causing this issue.
When an order was paid via PayPal, after the payment the customer was redirected to a 404 page which had correct URL. You can check my screenshots attached. The final URL was for example:
Except 404 page, your plugin was causing PayPal IPNs not to be sent correctly, so the shop was not “informed” about the order. This was causing orders to be cancelled so customers were confused with this.
After deactivating your plugin, I made a test order via PayPal myself and the issue was resolved as the order was completed successfully.
Could you please check the above issue and find a solution for this?

September 19, 2017 at 8:17 am #17904Hi,
The “Enable IDS” option is already disabled.
In addition, when I activated again now the plugin all the previous settings that I had set are gone. Why does this happen? Is there a way to restore them?

And regarding Paypal payment issue, here are my suggestions:
– disable IDS option in IDS firewall tab
– disable “Avoid direct access to PHP files” in General settings tab
– disable “Directory list” option in General settings tab
– disable “Author without base” in Permalinks & urls tabSeptember 20, 2017 at 8:01 am #17924This reply has been marked as private.September 20, 2017 at 10:54 am #17934Alright, so is everything working fine now?
