    Hi,

    I’ve purchased your item and did NOT use it after I realized that it’s hard to deal with – at least for me. And I faced issues on my website after I apply that changes. So I’ll not benefit from it whatsoever.

    Could you please cancel my order and refund me?

    Hi, did you raise a support ticket regarding the issue? The refund is handled by Envato and you’ll need to apply for refund via your Envato panel.
