Hello Hide My WP dev team,
I just started having problem accessing my admin area. I really don’t remember what was the setup I made originally, since it’s been a while since I’ve created the settings.

    Please help.

    Thanks!
    EB

Hi, first make sure you have latest version 4.03 of the plugin. Using FTP rename “hide_my_wp” plugin directory name. Now log in to admin section, rename back the plugin directory to “hide_my_wp”, and see what are your settings there. Let us know and we can then proceed further from here.

Please also provide us with your site’s FTP details (as private message) so that we can solve it for you.

Also, was there any wordpress update recently in your site?

Hi, can you please check at your end the FTP credentials? We are getting “Failed to Retrieve directory listing…”

    Hi Suman,
Thanks for your reply. I checked the credentials and everything looks good here. Our company have added some strict rules to prevent other people from accessing our site. Is there anything I could look into or change by myself?

    Thanks again for your help.

    Elmer

Hi, unfortunately we still cannot access the FTP!

We can access wp-admin but it’s messed up (possibly css issue). Using FTP try to upload/replace “wp-includes” and “wp-admin” directories and their content.

If still not working, try deactivating the plugins one by one.
