Hi, please make sure that you enter your HMWP purchase code in “Purchase Code” field in HMWP Start tab (in your site’s backend)

Make sure that there’s no blank space(s) before and after the Purchase code. If still the issue, then let us know.

Hi, I am from the dev team, requesting you to provide us access to the WP dashboard so that we can have a look.

Also, check if you have any restrictions on outbound access to port 80,443 to our api server at api.wpwave.com.
