    Hi,
I have just installed your plugin but experimented said plugin, and found my website slowing down significantly and the layout of the website not loading properly.

I would like to request for a full refund please. While it worked for many others, it doesn’t work for me. And i want to save myself from the troubleshooting.

    Thanks.

    Regards.

Hi, sorry to know that the plugin didn’t work out of the box for you. But it could have been a minor issue with .htaccess file which we could have resolved for you. Do let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can set it up for you, or else you can apply for refund via your Envato Panel.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Thought the video tutorials are created some time ago, the tutorials are still valid.
I think your site’s htaccess file is not writable. Please give write access (644) to it, or else manually update it as follows:

    – apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme in HMWP start tab
    – goto General Settings tab, and click on “manual configuration” button – https://www.screencast.com/t/BtTBMTGPp
    – copy HMWP rules and add them right before the following line in htaccess file:
    RewriteCond REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    – after adding HMWP rules, the htaccess file should look something like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/6MHFjwswPgY
    – delete cache if any cache/minification plugin active and check your website (view site’s page source to see the default WP paths being replaced)
