I am an intermediate wordpress user who understands PHP and regex ect. I followed the install extremely carefully. I use WPEngine with Marketify theme.

That being said I installed hide my wp by selecting one single checkbox feature at a time and then testing. Everything works great accept two very important things… When I turn my theme on, it breaks the theme. So I just turned it back off. not a big deal because if I really want to change the theme name I can just do that. But what is really important and why I bought hide my WP is that as soon as I went to change wp-admin name I was able to log back in and see the site but the dashboard was just text and the theme was totally broken. And when I went to nav around I kept getting missing page errors. Like I said, I followed install instructions and made redirects correctly in wpengine and I did the same in the htaccess, just in case it looks at that. And I made the entry into wp-config. I also turned off the features in Ithemes that you said to so as to avoid conflicts. Please help….

Hi, renaming “wp-admin” option is still in experimental mode (beta version) and is not officially supported. However, we’ll have a look at it. Please let us know your website details, backend and FTP, as private message.

Also, as it’s WpEngine, have you followed the steps mentioned here – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/17669
and first make the site wordpress undetectable (before changing wp-admin name)
