Hi,
First issue is that I have wappalyzer continues to show up that my site works on “wordpress” I’m okay if the blog shows up as “wordpress” in wappalyzer but I don’t want the CMS to show up WordPress.
Second issue is that hidemywp plugin keeps disabling the registration and the plugin itself. After every few days I had to manually go into registration page code and click save for it to be back normal again. This is dangerous for us at all times, especially, if our custom Rss urls fail or if the site shows up the plugins we are using.
August 30, 2018 at 11:47 am #23075Hi, I’ve set “rename plugins” option to ‘all plugins’ in Permalinks & urls tab, and also added some replacements under Replace Tool tab. But Wappalyzer still seems to detect WordPress in your site. We’ll look further into this and get back to you.
Regarding HMWP plugin getting reset automatically, this should not happen and none of the customers are having this issue so far. Can you please let us know how often this reset exactly happens? Does HMWP plugin get deactivated too or just the settings get reset?
August 30, 2018 at 9:32 pm #23078Hi,
I’m not using any strange theme, I’m using a very popular top rated theme Aavada, so I hope it gets to work with it and its simple child theme.
Right now i checked and saw that your plugin is deactivated automatically. I didn’t remember the exact duration before it deactivates but it seems to be a week or so. When it deactivates itself, it doesn’t allow me to even use other plugins like slider revolution. it won’t even allow me to edit pages or posts. The entire dashboard remains blank.-

September 4, 2018 at 1:10 pm #23163It got deactivated again today and it won’t allow me to use any of the pages, posts or content. it shows me empty dashboard on most on the tabs.
How do you get the site’s server error log?
(PS: Also, whenever you reply, I’m not receiving any email notifications though I enabled it.)

September 5, 2018 at 3:31 pm #23200How did you conclude that it is only “NKS-subscription” plugin? I deactivated this premium plugin but I need to know why, because we need that plugin. If you can explain why, may be we can resolve issues with this plugin.

September 7, 2018 at 6:05 am #23238In the debug log you sent above I can see the error:
[04-Sep-2018 13:17:47 UTC] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/roansolu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/NKS-subscription/include/vendor/campaignmonitor/class/transport.php:68) in /home/roansolu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hide_my_wp/hide-my-wp.php on line 509
I just wanted you to disable NKS-subscription plugin for sometime and see if HMWP still gets disabled when this plugin is not active.

September 7, 2018 at 1:09 pm #23260I still see the issue with this plugin disabled. We use two more plugins from the same NKS developer, should we disable those two as well? but I don’t think that is the issue. I think the issue is with caching, the registration code seems to expire after a certain amount of time.

September 17, 2018 at 1:19 pm #23437I have left the nks subscription plugin deactivated since our last conversation. However, I still see the issue. your plugin got deactivated again and is not allowing me to access any pages or posts or several other content unless i click “purchase code” and “save settings” in your plugin page again? See screenshots.
