    Hello I have been speaking with support and they are informing me that the server can not/ will not be configured on their end to use this plugin since it conflicts with their security setting. I bought the plugin today, may I receive directions on how to get a refund please.

    Hi, first of all, can you please let us know how it conflicts with the security setting? It should not conflict and if in case it does, then please let us know the exact issue details so that we can help you resolve the issue. If it can’t be resolved then we’ll be happy to make the refund.

    Hi sorry I wish I could provide more information on this but the support team on WP end of side won’t provide me with more information and just said that it is a conflict and that they won’t configure the ngrix for it
