    wordpress multisite, nginx server, no access to nginx config file

    after puttind purchase code, a plugin udate, i tried to config .htaccess and plugin settings as in you videos, i have browsed for an answer and you already asked for this issue, with a refund (or another server, not my case)

    may i have a refund please? and what is the procedure? i apply for the refund directly to envato market? or directly to you

    Hi, if you are using Nginx server then access to Nginx config is must. If you don’t have access then you can ask your hosting provider regarding it, or else apply for the refund via your Envato Panel. Thanks!
