    Greetings,

I’ve come across this forever spinning arrow on our contact forms which are created using contact form 7 and realized that the issue arises from Hide_my_wp.

The problem is that the request is being sent to other/js/jqueryjs/jquery and the ‘other’ folder arises from the folder name change configue in the plugin.

How can I go about solving this issue?

    Sincerely,
    Pouya Ataei.

    Hi, please do these:

    – disable “Anti Spam” option in HMWP General settings tab
    – enter your name and email address in “Email sender name” and “Email sender address” fields in General settings tab
    – if still the issue then try disabling “IDS” option in IDS Firewall tab

    Let us know.

Tried all the aforementioned. No results. I still get 500 on the request.

Please empty out “Ajax url” field in Permalinks & URLs tab. If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look further into it. And also let us know the page url where we can check the issue. Thanks!
