Hi,
I have Version 5.6 of your plugin installed on my client’s website https://www.dreamrentacar-samos.com/ but I get the following error:
“You are using Hide My WP plugin with either empty or invalid Purchase code. Please enter your purchase code or deactivate the plugin.”
Why does this happen? Is it possible someway to check which of my 7 plugin licences is connected with this specific website? I can not see anywhere on your support panel this option.
In addition I can not understand if the settings of the plugin are suddenly dissapeared or not. I had set in the pas https://www.dreamrentacar-samos.com/wp-login.php?drac_admin=017 as admin path but I see now that https://www.dreamrentacar-samos.com/wp-admin is also loading normally.
Waiting for your solution on the issue.
February 19, 2019 at 4:19 pm #25596Hi, currently there is no purchase code entered in HMWP settings. Please add your purchase code there. We’ll check it for you.

>> Sorry, we do not have any public interface for thisI can not understand if the settings of the plugin are suddenly dissapeared or not.
>> If you deactivate and then activate HMWP plugin, then it’s settings will be reset. You’ll need to click on “undo previous settings” button in HMWP Start Tab.February 22, 2019 at 2:06 pm #25644Hi,
I entered again the purchase code and re-imported Medium Privacy – More compatibility options of your plugin.
In addition I added at Replace tools tab all of the settings that I had before my latest theme update.
The only issue that caused your plugin was to break all of my website icons (please check my screenshots 1,2 & 3 attached).
In addition is it possible someway to replace “thegem” text on my source code to something else (screenshot 4)?
Waiting for your further reply.

wp-content/themes/thegem/style.css ==> mainstyleI removed it and now the icons are displayed fine. The above replacement is not required as settings in “Permalinks & urls” tab with take care of it.
February 24, 2019 at 8:58 am #25653Hi,
The icons are appeared correctly now indeed. You didn’t reply to me at my following question:
“In addition is it possible someway to replace “thegem” text on my source code to something else (screenshot 4)?”
Could you please give me some advice on this?
Thank you in advance!
February 24, 2019 at 1:18 pm #25656I have added replacement under “replace tools” tab (https://www.screencast.com/t/G76t7oFbBojZ) to replace some of the thegem keywords.
You can add the replacements accordingly. Let us know if any issue. -
