    HMWP seems to significantly slow down my sites. I tested with and without and according to both GT Metrix and Google Insights it does slow my site down quite a bit to a point that my speed score is really bad.
    I use WP Super Cache and Autoptimize.
    It shouldn’t affect speed but as soon as I enable HMWP, then speed scores tank for the worst (I don’t see much difference from the human perspective) especially on Google Page Speed.
    There are no 404 errors.
    Can you guys please take a look at what could be the issue or let me know if you have best practices in place or things that I should check on first besides 404’s?

    I had to disable HMPW for now because of this.

    Hi, apologies for the inconvenience caused. Usually, the site speed slows down if the URLs return 404 errors while renaming them. But to know the exact cause of the issue we’ll need to look into your site. Can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply?
