    Greetings,

I have installed HMWP but even with minimal configuration my website would not work.

The main is theme is genesis framework with academy pro theme, using learndash, armember, and woocomerce along with several plugins – around 30 – who make several things like forums, widgets, screen management etc. – it’s quite a complex and heavy system.

Where I found issues was in the login that couldn’t go to the usual armember form, but i’m afraid that with woocommerce and the several logins like forums, or buying items when you have to login that a lot of changes have to be made.

Is there a way to put it working with such a complex environment. I looked like a great plugin for a blogger or for less complex installations.

Otherwise since I bought this plugin today, I would ask if it is possible to as for a refund.

Can you help me with this please?

    Regards.

Hi, we understand your concern. But with some complex sites you might need to tweak some settings, and many of our customers are already using it in very complex sites.

You can opt for “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme. For login issue, you might need to set “Trusted user roles” for the users in HMWP General Settings tab. Also we recommend the following:
    – empty out API Base and API Query fields in Permalinks & URLs tab
    – disable IDS option in IDS Firewall tab

Please check and let us know if there are still issues so that we can help you resolve it.
If it doesn’t work then we’ll be happy to make refund. Thanks!

    Thanks Suman,

    Thnaks for your email.

Personally I was looking for aa more straight forward option and tweaking some setting for me it takes some time, maybe more experience and knowledge that I have now.

Being a website that is quite used in terms of learning platform tweaking and testing can disrupt access even temporarily until I get it right.

I hope you don’t take this wrong and once more it’s nothing about the plugin it’s my context at the moment. So I would like to accept your offer for refund.

Thanks in advance and keep on the good work.

    Lourenço
