    Hi Support team,
    Following the activation of the plugin the system frontend immediately dies and changing the settings does not fix it.
    the backend works fine at that point.

    This is the error:

    Error (null) Backend fetch failed
Backend fetch failed

Guru Meditation:
XID: (null)

Varnish cache server

    I am running WordPress on top of EasyWP (by Namecheap) and i don’t have access to the NGINX -> is it still possible to use the tool at all?

    Hi, are you using Nginx server? If so you’ll need access to nginx config file and add HMWP rules there.
    Can you please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply? Thanks!
