    Hi, I just purchased the extended plugin for 5 sites.

    I installed it on my multi site using Elementor Pro + WPML.

    The website crashed (as I was expecting after reading many comments mentioning situation- and I could see a message asking to enter the purchae code: https://jmp.sh/rKhM0aR However, after clicking on this message I got on a page saying I am not allowed to access this page. As you can imagine it is a little paradoxical 🙂

    If you could please help me on that matter as soon as possible, we are going live in few days from now !

    Hi, I checked it and there seems to be some conflict in your site with HMWP. Even HMWP rules are not being generated.
    I’ve assigned this ticket to Dev. team so that they can look into it further. We’ll get back to you.

    Hi, sorry for delay on this. It’s kind of rare issue we face. Can you also provide us with your site’s FTP details?

    Also, is there any other site (WP single site) where you installed HMWP? Let us know.

    Hi, the staging and live environment don’t seem to be identical? In staging, HMWP rules couldn’t be generated whereas in live HMWP rules are generated successfully. That’s why we wanted to configure HMWP plugin in live site. It won’t overwrite the configuration, you can deploy any updates after setting up HMWP plugin too. Hope that’s fine. Do let us know.
