    I checked HMWP settings and could see IP “64.111.104.243” in block list. Whose IP is this? I have removed it now from block list. Can you please check if your still blocked? Try clearing the browser cache or try using another browser please. Let us know!

    There seems to be some issue related to Trust Network. I’ve disabled it for now and please keep it disabled. Our dev team is already looking into this, and we hope to come up with the solution in upcoming versions. Thanks!

    We have also had this issue reoccuring several times on a live, commercial site. So we’ve had to disable the plugin for a few weeks now.
    “You are blocked. Please contact site administrator if you think there is a problem.”

    It seems to be random, and out of the blue, after a couple years of using this plugin.

    There is NO content in the “Blocked IPs” Tab.

    How can we prevent this from happening again?
