Although, the site does not detect the correct theme or the correct plugins…
…it still recognizes that this is a WordPress site.
This does not seem to completely hide us from…

I am using ‘medium privacy – more compatibility’ import option. And also chose the option to “rename plugins”
However, the theme is still being detected by detectors.

I could see Visual Composer in your website’s page source, you can search for “Powered by Visual Composer” in the page source. And please try adding 3 lines as mentioned in my previous comment, and let us know the result. Thanks!

This might break the website layout. Hence is the case you might not be able to replace all of “woocommerce” words.
And where do you want to replace wp-admin? In front end you should not make any direct calls to wp-admin files. And you cannot replace .png, .jpg

– upload http://robertfinaleeditions.com/wp-admin/images/wpspin_light.gif to your site’s /wp-content/ directory, so that it’s available as http://robertfinaleeditions.com/wp-content/wpspin_light.gif
– now in HMWP plugin’s “Replace URLs” option box add the following line:
wp-admin/images/wpspin_light.gif==wp-content/wpspin_light.gif -
