    Dear Support,

    Before I used your plugin in a second client site, all the events under a given tag can be displayed. But, when i installed your plugin and clicked on an event tag or venue, I get the error message:
    Error 404 – page not found

    I have sent the details to your hotmail email
    Please, assist

    Hi, what settings did you apply in HMWP plugin? Can you please generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and send it to us here as private reply. Please add the details here itself as Private Reply so that it’s easier to work on.

    Did you change the options Category Base, Category Query, Tag Base, Tag Query in HMWP settings? If so try clearing these.

    Or else you can click “reset settings to WP” in start tab and then apply “medium privacy more compatibility” scheme.

    I’ve emptied the options category query and tag query. Now the category and tag URLs are working.

    I understood that you emptied (cleared) the value in Category Base, Category Query, Tag Base, Tag Query.
