    Since I can not log in because of 404 page, this is the first problem.
    Next the theme info. can still be seen.
    I watched 2 videos, see below

    on how to do the setting and it still does not work and NOW I can not log-in. I want to purchase more Hide my WP but only if it works – can you recommend a video to watch on how to do the setting, there’s a lot with little explaining so a video would be very helpful. The additional $20 does that include making sure the plugin works?
    Look forward to a reply ASAP, because I need to log in immediately.

    Hi, currently we do not have video tutorial but we’ll be adding it in the near future.

    So, you are not able to login to wp-admin? And this happened after activating HMWP? Then please try resetting your site’s htaccess file to WP default (https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess)

    Then try logging in and follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab
    – click “reset settings to wp” button
    – select ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and click ‘Save Settings’

    Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.
