    I installed “Hide My WP” today and I have worked on this for about 5 hours, and it does not work. The customer service response it too slow, I have some immediate service needs. I must have my money refunded.

    Hi, what settings did you apply in HMWP? If it is WP multisite and/or Nginx server then you’ll need to update htaccess/config file manually. We can help you make HMWP work in your site. Please let us know your website details (as private reply) so that we can have a look at it and fix it for you. If it still doesn’t work we’ll be happy to make a refund.

    And regarding slow customer service response, we do get back to you within 24 hrs of support ticket submission. And in this case we did get back to you within 2 hrs. Do let us know if you have opened another support ticket which was unanswered. Thanks!
