Hi, it seems to be issue with plugin – Plugmatter Feature Box Pro. Please try deactivating this plugin, and follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’
    scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’

Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

It’s WP single site and I’ve done the Medium Privacy settings but it’s still the same. Please advise.

Did you also try deactivating “Plugmatter Feature Box Pro” plugin? Please provide us with your website backend details (as private reply) so that we can have a look at the issue.

HMWP is configured correctly in your site and now wordpress is not detected in your site with tools like wpthemedetector.com, whatwpthemeisthat.com, isitwp.com, etc.

The error message mentioned above is related to “Plugmatter Feature Box Pro” plugin. So you might want to contact that plugin’s author.
