    Using version 4.511, when using medium privacy – more comparability, my site will not load. Revert back to WP settings or deactivate the plugin and site loads fine. Using light privacy, site will load but doesn’t hide.

    Hi, make sure that htaccess file in your site’s root directory is writeable. If it’s still the issue, then please let us know your website’s backend details as private reply so that we can look into this.

    I checked your site and it seems like the issue is related to the Server Software (LiteSpeed) that you are using. I’ve assigned this ticket to Sr. support to have a further look into it.

    That’s simply because permalink structure is disabled. As the message says some of HMWP features require permalink structure.

    I enabled it from WP settings > Permalink and seems it works now!
