    Hi, can you please explain the intrusion settings on this plugin I can not seem to find any reference in the documentation?

    When testing my eCommerce site the first order I tested did not process it was pending payment, when I excluded the intrusions associated with this transaction it went through.
    So my question is

    1. will this effect other payments.
    2. how do I know which intrusions to exclude?

    Hi, HMWP IDS Firewall detects and/or block malicious requests (potentially dangerous requests). After activating HMWP IDS you need to check your site to see if everything is working fine. Sometimes it could block valid request due to various parameters contained in the request, and you should add such request to Exclusion list.
    In you case too, as have already added that request to Exclusion list, you will not have same problem with other payments (they won’t be blocked).
