    Dear Support,

Your plugin reduces by one the number of columns in my woocommerce shop page. It took me about 4 weeks to detect this, because i did not suspect your plugin initially.

When I deactivate your plugin, the number of columns in my woocommerce shop page returns to normal and correct value of 4.
But, Whenever I activate your plugin, the number of columns in my woocommerce shop page reduces by one (1) and becomes 3.

Please, kindly look into this issue.

    Regards,

    Stardrive

Hi, that’s strange, most probably some CSS issue. Can you please let us know your website details (as private reply) so that we can have a look at the issue.

Resolved! I deactivated the option “Clean up menu classes” under Source Code tab, and is now working fine.

    Thank you so much.

Please, it was actually “Clean up post classes” you deactivated. “Clean up menu classes” was not activated before.

But, please, I would be so glad if you would be so kind to let me know why the initial activation of “Clean up menu classes” reduced the number of woocommerce shop columns by 1

    Regards,

Sorry, yes it’s “Clean up post classes”. This feature is in beta state (marked *), and in your case it removed one of the CSS class names and hence the shop columns issue.

Thank you so much for resolving this issue that have worried me for weeks.
Which means, for the mean time, all clean up classes options in your plugin settings are in beta state and could give issues if used now.

If you activate any option that is in beta state (marked *), you need to check your site thoroughly. If all okay then you can have that option activated or else you’ll have to disabled that option.
