    ‘I am locked out of my site. I need to get back there immeditely. Is there any other way except to remove it through ftp or cpanel? Everything is working fine except my log in credentials I mean the username and password is not working. Not even giving any error report even though debug is set to true!

    Hi, can you please generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply. Also let us know wp-admin login URL and the login details.

    Since I can’t log in to the dashboard, I deactivated through ftp and replaced the old htaccess file also remove the line from wp-config. I myself, a developer working on behalf of the site. I tried activating the debug true but it’s not showing any error. Since I can’t log in to the site how can I generate the debug report?

    Did you try to rename wp-admin path? Please try deleting (or replacing) htaccess after each page request until you solve the problem (empty rename wp-admin path option box)

    If you’re still having the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details and FTP details as Private Reply so that we can look into the issue further.

    yes, I did try renaming wp-admin path. OK, will reinstall the plugin later when the site is not crowded. Will let you know for sure. Thanks. Or is there any suitable time when we can both be available at the same time? May be tomorrow 9 hours earlier from now?
