– goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’

Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

You have to follow these steps for WP multisite and Apache server:
1) goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> select ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’
2) goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> click ‘Multi-site Configuration’
3) now use a FTP program or your host file manager and add those lines to your htaccess file (after RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ […])
You have to overwrite the lines if HMWP rules has been already added there.

As it’s multisite setup you’ll need to update htaccess file manually (steps 1 and 2 above) each time you save any settings in HMWP, add/edit theme or plugins.

Hi, I checked your site and seems like the issue is not related to HMWP. Even after deactivating HMWP http://54.232.208.51/products/retroescavadeira/ shows 404 error. It could be related to theme or other plugins. Can you please check?
