Hello,
I have tried several days understand what happens with my problem but I couldn’t.
When I create a new wp-admin path I realized some issues:
1. If I want a new path like “panel” and save, follow the instruction to change wp-config and htacess and I view the section to put a new wp-admin path it changed and automatically put wp-admin again.
2. When I browse my multisite I realized that some links changed and other not. The ones changed are the side bar menu in dashboard only first level but when I want to click someone in deeper like edit page those are with /wp-admin path.
3. Even I made all change in wp-config and htaccess still appears a message saying me I must edit them.Could you tell me how can I solve this problem?.
Thank you very much.

I tried activating HMWP and got following onscreen message:
You MUST edit /wp-config.php to make new admin path work:
Open wp-config.php using FTP and add following line somewhere before require_once(…) (or update it with new value):
define(“ADMIN_COOKIE_PATH”, “/panel”);You also need to update your .htaccess file by adding following line before ‘RewriteCond REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f’:
RewriteRule ^panel/(.*) /wp-admin/$1 [QSA,L]You need to make changes as mentioned above and then click “I did it! Login to new dashboard” button.
If you already made these changes and still having issue, then please let us know the FTP details (so that we can access htaccess and wp-config.php files) so that we can look into it further.October 7, 2015 at 7:12 pm #5013rodchPost count: 6This reply has been marked as private.October 9, 2015 at 4:33 am #5021Suman M.Post count: 12478I tried to login with,

I can not change it as it would require updating wp-config.php and htaccess files. Can you please provide us with FTP details or else change “New wp-admin Path” and let us know so that we can check.
