    Hi, I have activated HMWP plugin. WordPress and theme still showing in page source(see below). Please advise how to remedy this. Await response

    Hi, please follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
    – goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”

    Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

    If wordpress and/or theme is still being detected then do let us know.

    Hi, I’ve applied Medium Privacy settings from HMWP start tab and set “rename plugins” to all plugins in permalinks & urls tab. Now wordpress and theme are not detected with detectors like wpthemedetector.com, whatwpthemeisthat.com, etc

    But when you view page source you see the theme’s debug information, and here’s how you can remove it – http://www.kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/remove-avia-framework-debug-information/

    Thank you for your support. I see that has removed the debug information.

    How can I remove the plugin information:

    You can use “replace in html” option under HMWP replace tools tab. Add these replacements:

    Yoast SEO plugin ==> YSP

    https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/ ==> (remove)

    Google Analytics by Yoast plugin => GAYP

    https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/google-analytics/ ==> (remove)
